Bring your team to the mats
Most team offsites are a day out of the office and a photo. This is something your people will still be talking about on Wednesday. A 90-minute session on the mats in Defence Colony — no experience needed, every fitness level welcome, women and men on the mat together.
Mixed ability, women and men, from first day to blue belt and beyond — training together on the mats in Defence Colony, New Delhi.

90 minutes
A warm-up and breathing, a few fundamentals, and partner drills. No competitive sparring for first-timers — nobody gets hurt, nobody gets embarrassed.
No experience
Every drill scales to whoever is doing it. Come in comfortable clothes; we provide everything else. Waivers are signed before you arrive, so the mat time is all mat time.
Kindness over toughness
It’s jiu-jitsu, but not the version you’re picturing. No showing off. The whole aim is to look after the person across from you — which teams recognise in themselves pretty quickly.
Composure, trust, and a proper reset
Jiu-jitsu looks like it’s about winning. It isn’t. It’s about staying calm when you’re not in control, solving a problem with your body instead of your panic, and asking for help before it becomes one. Your team spends the morning off their screens, doing something together that has nothing to do with a slide deck — and leaves having learned a little about how they work under pressure.
