Knots & Collar is at A-269, Second Floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi 110024. We’re open seven days a week — 6:30am to 12pm and 3pm to 9:30pm — and teach Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Kids BJJ from age 3, Boxing, Kickboxing and Fitness. Your first class is free.
