Jiu-jitsu for your school

Confidence, anti-bullying and self-defence sessions for a whole year group — on-site at your school across Delhi NCR, or at the studio in Defence Colony. It looks like jiu-jitsu; it is really about how a child carries themselves.

In-school workshops

A one-off or a term

A coached session pitched to the year group — movement, real technique, and the composure underneath it. On-site or at the studio.

Confidence & anti-bullying

The point, not a side effect

Children handle a little pressure safely and come out fine — which is what quietly changes how they carry themselves.

Holiday camps

When school is out

Structured days of jiu-jitsu, games and movement — a way to keep children active and learning through the break.

Why it works for children

Kindness over toughness

Jiu-jitsu looks like it is about winning. It isn’t. Children learn to stay calm when they are not in control, to ask for help before it is a problem, and never to make the person across from them feel small. That is confidence without aggression — and it travels back into the classroom.

Schools ask

Before you arrange a session

What does a school session involve?
A coached jiu-jitsu and self-defence session pitched to the year group — movement, real techniques and the ideas underneath them: staying calm, solving a problem, looking after the person across from you. It can be a one-off, a term, or a holiday camp.
Is it about fighting?
No. The whole point is the opposite — composure, respect and confidence without aggression. There is no rough sparring; children learn to win, to lose, and that neither one defines them.
How does it help with bullying?
Quiet confidence is what changes how a child carries themselves, and jiu-jitsu builds it by letting them handle a little pressure safely and come out fine. It is a skill of composure, not a licence to fight.
What about safeguarding?
Coaches lead throughout, sessions are structured, and we work to your school’s safeguarding requirements. Consent and any waivers are handled with the school before a session runs.
Do you come to us, or do we come to you?
Either. Sessions run on-site at schools across Delhi NCR, or at the studio in Defence Colony. Group size and format are set to suit the year group and the space.
How do we arrange a session?
Tell us about your school using the form on this page, or call +91 97179 56687, and we will suggest a format and a date.
