Kids Jiu-Jitsu
Structured by age group and built around one outcome: quiet, genuine confidence.

Our kids programme takes children from age three and groups them by age, so a five-year-old and a twelve-year-old each train in a way that fits them. Classes run Monday to Saturday.
The jiu-jitsu is real — the same positions and escapes the adults learn — but the goal underneath it is quiet, genuine confidence. Children learn to win, to lose, and that neither one defines them. They learn that being new at something is not the same as being bad at it, and that showing up is how you get better.
It is physical, structured and social. Most parents come for the self-defence and stay for the change in character they see at home and at school.
